Free Teen Radio Workshop

Telling True Stories in Sound

 We want to hear your  Inner Thoughts!  Inspirations! Challenges! Ideas!

Be Heard! Have fun! Learn New Skills.

This workshop will center on making great radio. Students will learn about interviewing techniques, how to gather great sound, proper mic handling, editing and story structure. After five weeks, students will have created a short profile piece featuring a person or place that inspires them.  Students will learn how to create compelling stories, while expressing their unique creative voice and point of view.  Students who complete the workshop will receive certification in PhillyCAM’s audio recording equipment and will be encouraged to continue producing great radio!

The workshop is FREE!
