New programs premiering on PhillyCAM !


On Monday Jan.24 for the first time at 4:30pm we have new youth produced programs from the Global Action Project addressing issues of empowerment through civic engagement, Restorative Justice & Immigration Reform. At 5:30pm you can see the first episode of “Girls Talk TV” exploring topics pertinent to the well-being of young women. Also on Monday Jan 24 at 8pm look out for “Double Lives,” an action drama produced by students at the Art Institute and that’s not all! At 11pm tune in for “Enter the Zone,” a new Urban Entertainment Talk Show hosted by the Indikator. The following Thursday Jan 27 at 4:30pm, check out the first episode of POPPYN: Presenting Our Perspective on Philly Youth News produced by UCCP (University Community Collaborative of Philadelphia). At 8pm, join Richard Antipuna for a discussion regarding the capture of the Kensington Strangler and at 11pm, watch the documentary “Fiends” by Quincy Johnson for a look at the effects of drug addiction on a West Philadelphia neighborhood.
