“Love for Mymah” is an African romance drama written and directed by Dr. Joe Gbaba. The story is based on the love relationship between two Liberian royals named Prince Jebro of the Kru ethnic group and Princess Mymah of the Vai ethnic group of Liberia. The play sets in the Vai village of Jundoo in Grand Cape Mount County in Western Liberia. It depicts a strong love bond between the two royalties. “Love for Mymah” further demonstrates that through genuine love and affection two love birds may overcome the evils of their society by committing themselves to each other.
