Virtual TV - Intro to Community Media Workshop for new members explains the procedures for submitting programming for airing on PhillyCAM TV and other platforms. This workshop is for members who have content ready to submit, those with the tools to produce content at home, and those interested in taking our new limited workshops for equipment and software.
