PhillyCAM in partnership with the Digital Literacy Alliance, PhillyCounts and Keystone Counts, will produce a Census 2020 Media Toolkit featuring up to 5 short PSA style videos, running 90 seconds – 2 minutes in length, to be used by community organizers, non-profit organizations and Census workers to connect with hard to reach communities to inform them about the importance of participating in the 2020 Census. We will partner with up to six organizations who are doing Census field outreach to ensure that the videos are accurate, relevant and can support their fieldwork.
