Project Proposal Instructions

After submitting your Project Proposal, you will receive an email from the Programming Staff if there are any questions.

Please allow 3 DAYS for review. Staff will notify you once the Project is ACTIVATED.

PROJECT IMAGE

Upload an image to represent your program. The optimum image dimension is 780w x 494h. Image formats accepted are png, jpg, and jpeg. The maximum image file size is 1MB.

PROGRAM TYPE

SPECIAL will submit only once. Program Length vary in length from  a 2 min PSAs to 90 min. Documentaries

SERIES -  Submit new programming every month.
Program Length - Can be either 30 or 60 minutes, consistently.

• Monthly: 1 Episode/month - 12 per membership year
• Biweekly: 2 Episodes/month - 24 per membership year
• Weekly: 4 Episodes/month - 52 per membership year

PRODUCTION START DATE
When the producer expects to start making reservations to produce content.

PROPOSED DELIVERY DATE
The date you expect to deliver your Master File to PhillyCAM to air during the following month. For a series, this date applies to the first episode.

DESCRIPTION

The description is what the public sees on the website

PRODUCTION PLAN
Use this field to describe how you will produce your content. How will you be utilizing the space or equipment, and who will be assisting you?

SYNOPSIS

Use this field to describe what you want your information to say on the TV Guide listing. The field is limited to 200 characters or less.

TARGET AUDIENCE 
Use this field to identify the audience that will specifically identify with your programming. Knowing the audience assists with finding a time slot in the schedule for your program

SOCIAL MEDIA
Use this field to link to your program’s social media pages so members can follow you and learn more!

SPONSORED PROGRAMS
If you are sponsoring a program for someone who is not a local member, you must submit a signed letter from the producer giving
you permission to show the program on PhillyCAM and acknowledge that it aligns with our policies.
