All Philadelphia workers, including immigrants and low-wage workers, have legal rights at work. You have the right to be paid fairly for all hours worked. You have the right to a safe and healthy workplace. You have a right to do your job without being discriminated against or harassed. But sometimes people do not know their rights or how to assert their rights. Community Legal Services set out in creating this series so workers can know their rights and how to enforce them, and how to get help if they need it.
