 Fee: $50
 Location:
This workshop will be held online via Zoom

Prerequisites: Current PhillyCAM member and TV Orientation Certified

Designed for members who are planning to produce content for PhillyCAM and also for those aiming to improve on management of a show already in production. This class helps members focus their ideas and develop a production plan/treatment for their projects. Students will learn how to plan accordingly for all stages of production from idea development to distribution. The workshop will also present participants with different production options for working from home, producing virtual productions and working safely in the field. The workshop will cover the key stages of production for working with audio and video, software and applications for working from home and tips on how to access PhillyCAM resources and training opportunities at this time.

This extended version of Production Planning will also cover producing and directing elements such as budgets and fundraising, location scouting and creating shotlists, call sheets and run downs.

If you're just jumping in for the first time, or eager to get back into production, this is a good place to recalibrate and prepare to execute your production!

The last class will have an optional in person opportunity for participants to present their ideas and celebrate with one another.
