December Member of the Month, Brujo De la Mancha

 

 

My experience with radio goes back to 1998 with Radio Volta then WPEB, as I had a radio show called Lo Clandestino from 1998-2004. I took a break, and then I joined Philatinos online radio with Atecocollli Radio show (seashell) from 2014 to 2015. Then as Executive and Artistic Director of Ollin Yoliztli Calmecac, we became members of PhillyCAM.

 

In 2016 we created the Nika Tlaka Radio show, the first radio show dedicated to talking about indigenous cultures of this continent on local FM. We had been enjoying the openness of the radio station that allows us to create bilingual content of this kind, also we do have experience with video documentary with Scribe video center. As a D.J. I hope one day to be able to be part of the PhillyCAM crew and train others and share my experiences.
