This Program is about the Philadelphia International Dragon Boat Festival that is held every year the first weekend of October (since 2002). People join a team for a variety of reasons ranging from company sponsored team building, assisting and contributing to a charity, promoting a cause, or family or friend recruited them or they wanted to attain a personal goal. This program give the audience the insight into team and individual motivation as well as incoporates a centeral theme of community. That community spirit allows them to accomplish their goals.
