Lip Sync Animation Class for Youth 12-18 (July 6-10, 2026)

Join us for this 1 week summer animation workshop!

Ages 12-18

We’ll be using digital drawing tablets to bring our art to life and give our characters voices through the craft of lip sync animation.

Students will learn some basics about character design, how to use animation software, the principles of animation and how to use those principles to create the illusion that our characters are speaking.

10 am-2 pm. With optional additional drawing time from 2-3 pm.

TV Studio Crew Workshop - July 18, 2026 

This half-day workshop introduces PhillyCAM members to TV studio production and prepares them to serve as crew members for studio productions. Participants will receive hands-on training, take part in a simulated show, and complete a short certification exam to learn the fundamentals of operating in the TV studio. The workshop will include hands on instruction, a show simulation and a short written certification exam.
